Where can a Parisian get good Chinese food?

I tried Dragons Elysees, which is located right off the Champs Elysees at 11 rue de Berri by friends on the program who had tried it.  The shrimp and fried rice were delicious.  The interior was really neat, as there was an aquarium below the floor.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some good Chinese food in Paris!
